The Haas F1 Team is the last team to announce the launch date of a new visual identity for 2021, and the new look will be unveiled between Aston Martin and Williams.
The dates of all the presentations are known thanks to Haas’ announcement of plans for the new season, which they are entering with a completely new driver line-up after four years with Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen.
Grosjean and Magnussen will continue their careers in the American series IndyCar (Grosjean) and IMSA (Magnussen), and the new drivers for 2021 are debutants Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin who competed in Formula 2 last year.
Haas had a difficult last season in which they were not helped by the drop in power of the Ferrari engine, and they were also troubled by a problem with the car, which had incosistent aerodynamic characteristics, which destroyed the drivers’ self-confidence.
Schumacher and Mazepin are very likely to face a difficult first season in Formula 1 as last year’s chassis are in use this year and the rule change is not big, and Haas has announced that they won’t develop their VF-21 during the season to focus on the 2022 car as soon as possible. .
Haas announced that they will present a new visual identity for the new VF-21 on March 4, but have not confirmed when it will show the new car so there is a possibility that we will see it for the first time only at the pre-season tests in Bahrain starting on March 12.
