Red Bull collected the first miles with their new 2020 F1 car at Silverstone after releasing the first studio photo of their new RB16 this morning.
The Red Bull RB16 Honda is the second Red Bull car with a Honda power unit with which they hope to join in the fight for the title and this year they changed their development plan to be more ready for the start of the season.
On the same day that the new car was first time shown to the public, Red Bull also performed the first test at Silverstone as part of the first of two allowed days to shoot promotional material for a maximum of 100 kilometers using only Pirelli demonstration tyres.
The test was done by Max Verstappen, and the first laps for Alexander Albon will happen next week in Barcelona when the preseason tests begin.
