Nico Hulkenberg secured his first and only pole position in F1 career after being fastest in Williams FW32 in mixed conditions at Interlagos after beating both Red Bull drivers by more than a second.
On this day in 2010 Ferrari forced Felipe Massa to give his victory to Fernando Alonso who was fighting for the championship with McLaren and Red Bull.
Jenson Button celebrated his second win for McLaren in just fourth race for the team after he and Hamilton excelled in the rainy conditions and beat Red Bull and Ferrari drivers in 2010 Chinese GP.
Second Abu Dhabi GP was also the last championship race as in 2009, but this time the championship was not decided. On the contrary, for the first time in the history of Formula 1, the title race included four drivers.
